Job summary

Enlyte seeks a Field Case Manager to manage injured/disabled workers, coordinating care with physicians and employers to optimize recovery and return-to-work outcomes. The role requires RN licensure and reliable transportation for local travel.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, 24 days of paid time off, home office equipment, and reimbursement for mileage. Works remotely with regular local travel in the Oxnard area.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply case management standards to assess and manage injured workers.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with physicians/providers.
• Coordinate with employers and providers to facilitate early return to work.
• Attend in-person appointments as needed and provide status updates to customers.
