Job summary

Enlyte is hiring a Field Case Manager in the El Monte, CA area. The role combines case management with clinical collaboration to support injured workers in returning to work while ensuring cost-effective, quality care. This is a full-time, hybrid position with travel to local appointments.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license in good standing, and have 2+ years of clinical experience. Certification in case management is a plus; strong communication and computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• RN license required in good standing.
• Active case management certification encouraged (URAC-recognized).
• Travel to in-person appointments within assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled workers.
• Collaborate with physicians, employers, and providers to support return-to-work.
• Monitor progress and adjust goals as needed.
• Attend appointments and prepare status updates for clients.
