Job summary

Enlyte seeks a Field Case Manager to coordinate and manage treatment plans for injured workers and auto accident patients. You will work with treating physicians, employers, and patients to ensure effective, cost-efficient care and timely return to work.

The role requires RN licensure, strong advocacy, independent work, and the ability to travel within the assigned geography. This is a full-time remote position with regular local travel in Oxnard, CA.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing is required.
• URAC-recognized case management certification is required or preferred.
• 2+ years of clinical practice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage treatment plans with physicians, employers, and patients.
• Coordinate in-person appointments and monitor recovery.
• Advise on job-duty modifications to facilitate early return to work.
• Maintain documentation and status updates for clients.
