Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager to coordinate care for injured workers, guiding treatment plans and return-to-work efforts. You will collaborate with physicians, employers, and patients to ensure effective, cost-conscious care and timely recovery.

The role requires an active RN license, 2+ years of clinical practice, and URAC-recognized case management certification. A remote, nationwide travel-friendly position with local Daytona Beach area travel is offered along with comprehensive

Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing.
• Associates or Bachelor’s in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Ability to advocate with physicians, employers, and customers; independent work; basic computer skills incl. Excel/Word/Outlook; strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for workers’ compensation to support return-to-work.
• Collaborate with physicians and employers to tailor treatment plans.
• Assess recovery and determine occupational vs non-occupational status.
• Manage workload and cases independently.
• Attend appointments and prepare status updates for customers.
