Job summary

Enlyte is hiring a Field Case Manager to work from home in Northern Louisiana. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement treatment plans for injured individuals, ensuring their return to optimal health.

Qualifications include an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, a valid RN license, and at least 2 years of clinical experience. The position offers an expected base pay range of $70,000 – $75,000 annually along with a bonus program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years clinical practice preferred.
• Workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation for travel to appointments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with treating physicians/providers to implement treatment plans.
• Interview disabled persons to assess overall recovery.
• Evaluate and modify case goals based on patient improvement and treatment effectiveness.

Skills

Advocating effectively with physicians/providers

Ability to work independently

Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Written communication skills

Education
