Job summary

Enlyte in Salt Lake City is seeking a Field Case Manager to coordinate medical care for injured workers. This full-time, work-from-home role requires regular local travel for in-person appointments and collaboration with physicians, employers, and customers.

You will develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust goals to support safe, cost-effective recovery and return to work. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred, workers’ compensation experience a plus.
• URAC-recognized case management certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement treatment plans with physicians, employers, and patients.
• Assess recovery progress and adjust goals for safe return to work.
• Schedule and attend in-person appointments with injured workers in assigned geography.
• Prepare status updates and communicate with customers and stakeholders.
• Travel locally to patient sites as needed and manage caseload efficiently.
