Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Market Manager for Atlanta, GA, operating as a field-based remote employee. You will support strategic plans, build end-user relationships, and mentor Trade Specialists to grow market share within the territory.

The role requires 5+ years in construction-supply sales/marketing, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency in MS Office with CRM experience. Travel up to 50% of each month and remote coordination with regional teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies with a proven track record delivering results.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel at least 50% of the month within territory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Support National and Regional strategic plans to achieve top-line sales targets.
• Establish, develop and maintain key relationships with end-user partners through product and services solutions.
• Develop, coach and mentor the team of Trade Specialists to achieve KPI’s and market share.
• Act as local product line expert and liaison between field teams and internal partners.
