Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Market Manager for Atlanta, GA, with a remote/field-based role. You will lead a regional sales team, build end-user relationships, and execute strategic plans to drive market share in construction tools.

Travel ~50% of the month and manage product demonstrations and training. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing and 5+ years in construction sales/marketing, plus CRM experience and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of Sales or Marketing experience in Construction Supplies with a proven results track record.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel at least 50% of each month.
• Experience with CRM/sales optimization systems preferred (Salesforce, PowerBI, Showpad).

Responsibilities

• Support National and Regional strategic plans to achieve top-line sales targets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with end-user partners through solutions.
• Coach and mentor Trade Specialists to achieve KPIs and market share.
• Act as the local product line expert and liaison across internal teams.
• Maintain daily communication with the Regional Market Manager on opportunities and risks.
