Premier Nutrition Company in the United States is seeking a Market Development Manager to own a territory, grow in-store distribution, and partner with retailers and distributor partners to drive visibility and execution.

This field-based role requires travel, hands-on store work, and translating plans into measurable results. The position offers remote work with occasional HQ meetings and a pay scale of $60k-$80k plus eligible bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales, DSD, beverage/CPG, or distributor sales with direct retail execution.
• Ability to call on retail accounts, identify opportunities, and manage territory priorities.
• Experience working with distributor teams or navigating distributor-led environments.
• Independent work style with data-driven prioritization and KPI-focused execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth and in-store execution, meeting distribution and display goals.
• Call on retailers, open accounts, close distribution gaps, and implement growth opportunities.
• Sell SKUs and displays, ensuring execution from plan to store.
• Partner with distributor teams, ride-alongs, trainings, and market blitzes.
• Own distributor relationships, monitor territory performance, and maintain planning & reporting.
