Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a remote Field Service Engineer to support life sciences, diagnostics and biotechnology with maintenance, installation, and validation of equipment. You will coordinate with teams worldwide to ensure successful outcomes and drive customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of field service experience and a strong background in biology or engineering. English proficiency is required for documentation and communication in this global role.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher degree in biology, bio-chemistry, mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of field service or related engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, install and validate equipment (GMP IQOQ).
• Organize strategic sales promotions and proposals to major customers (maintenance contracts, inspection contracts, spare parts).
• Collaborate with domestic and international teams to manage customer outcomes (revenue forecast, contract ratio, quality issues).
• Lead mid to large-scale installation projects as project manager with cross-functional teams.
