Job summary

Cytiva, part of Danaher, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, repair and install products at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing. The role includes travel up to 35% and remote work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related STEM field, or an Associate’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Technical: meet daily service repair needs through troubleshooting, installation, preventive maintenance and repair on designated equipment; manage spare parts inventory.
• Customer Service: maintain regular communication with customers to ensure resolution and follow-up; use documented processes to resolve issues and drive satisfaction.
• Lead Generation: drive service business growth through sales actions, quotes for service agreements, parts, upgrades and leads.
