Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Remote Emergency Call Handling (ECH) Field Engineer to lead on-site and cloud-based deployments across the US. You will configure systems, verify sites, and troubleshoot connectivity between local infrastructure and cloud environments.

The role requires 5+ years in a technical environment, strong networking and virtualization skills, and the ability to travel up to 75% nationally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Technology.
• 5+ years in an engineering or technical environment.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test ECH solutions on-premise and cloud-hosted deployments.
• Perform site verification testing before production cutover.
• Troubleshoot connectivity between local infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Provide deployment support to customers and partners.
• Document changes and configurations throughout deployment.
