Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Emergency Call Handling Field Engineer to manage on-site configuration, testing, and post-cut support for ECH solutions. This remote role requires extensive US travel and collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams.

You will configure, verify, and troubleshoot hybrid cloud deployments, maintain documentation, and contribute to cloud migration procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years deploying or integrating complex IP products and systems.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) are a plus.
• CompTIA Network+ and Security+ required.
• Experience with cloud-based connectivity, identity management (SSO/AD).
• Experience with VM deployment and hosting (ESXi/Hyper-V); SQL Server and Windows Server administration.

Responsibilities

• Configure and verify ECH system deployments, including hybrid cloud and SaaS apps.
• Perform site verification testing prior to production cutover.
• Troubleshoot connectivity between local infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Support customers and partners during deployment of ECH solutions.
• Document changes to cloud tenants and API integrations during implementation.
• Contribute to methods of procedure for cloud migrations and upgrades.
