Motorola Solutions is seeking an Emergency Call Handling Field Engineer to implement and configure ECH solutions across on-premise and cloud-hosted environments. The role involves validation testing, remote support, and collaboration with customers and partners.

The position is remote within the U.S., with significant travel (50–75% in stages to 75%). Strong government-clearance eligibility and public safety deployment experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering or technical environments.
• Experience with deployment/integration of complex IP products and systems.

Responsabilités

• Performs system configuration for ECH solutions including hybrid cloud and SaaS-based applications.
• Performs site verification testing prior to production.
• Configures and troubleshoots connectivity between local site infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Documents changes to cloud tenant configurations and API integrations.
• Supports customers and channel partners during deployment and post-cut activities.
• Maintains SME skills in cloud-native public safety technologies.
