Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Remote ECH Field Engineer to implement and support Emergency Call Handling solutions across on-premise and cloud environments. You will perform site verifications, configure networks, and troubleshoot connectivity between local sites and cloud-hosted applications.

The role requires strong engineering IT fundamentals, 5+ years in deployment/integration, and US citizenship with security clearances as needed. Travel expectations are high (50–75% overall).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Technology.
• 5+ years in deploying/integrating complex IP products and systems.
• Cloud certifications are a plus (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• CompTIA Network+ and Security+ are preferred.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and Windows Server environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test ECH solutions across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Perform site verification testing prior to production cutover.
• Troubleshoot connectivity between local infrastructure and cloud services.
• Support customers and channel partners during deployment.
• Document changes to configurations and integrations during implementation.
• Contribute to cloud migration procedures and system upgrades.
