Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks an experienced Emergency Call Handling Field Engineer to install, configure, test, and support ECH solutions across on-premises and cloud environments. The role emphasizes robust system integration, cloud deployments, and cross-functional collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams.

The position requires 3+ years of deployment experience, strong networking and virtualization skills, and willingness to travel up to 75% (US and international).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engineering/technical deployment or integration.
• Experience with cloud-based troubleshooting, including connectivity, latency analysis, and identity management (SSO/AD).
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and account management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test ECH solutions on-site and in cloud environments.
• Perform site verification testing before production cutover.
• Document changes to cloud tenants and API integrations during deployment.
• Support customers and channel partners through deployment.
• Develop and approve methods of procedure for cloud migrations.
