Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Emergency Call Handling (ECH) Field Engineer to implement and support cloud-hosted and on-premise ECH solutions. This remote role requires up to 75% travel across the US and internationally. You will configure, test, and troubleshoot systems, while coordinating with customers and partners.

Ideal candidates have a engineering/IT background, 5+ years of deployment experience, and Cloud/AWS/Azure familiarity. Security clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in engineering/technical environments.
• College degree in Engineering, IT, or Technology.
• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test ECH solutions on-prem and cloud.
• Perform site verification testing prior to production cutover.
• Troubleshoot connectivity between local and cloud environments.
• Support customers and partners during deployment.
• Document changes and configurations.
• Develop and approve cloud migration methods.
