Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Emergency Call Handling Field Engineer to implement and support on‑premise and cloud ECH solutions, reporting to the ECH Field Engineer Manager. You will handle site verification, configuration, cutover activities, and post‑cut support for deployments.

This remote role requires 75% travel within the US and internationally, with strong cloud, networking, and Windows/Linux skills. A US passport and eligibility for security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• College degree in engineering, IT, or technology.
• 5+ years in engineering/technical deployment or integration.
• Cloud certifications are a plus (e.g., AWS/Azure).
• CompTIA Network+ and Security+ credentials.
• Experience with cloud-based troubleshooting, including connectivity and identity management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot ECH solutions (hybrid cloud/SaaS).
• Perform site verification testing before production cutover.
• Document changes to cloud tenants and API integrations.
• Support customers and channel partners during deployment.
• Contribute to MOPs for cloud migrations and upgrades.
