Motorola Solutions is seeking a Remote ECH Field Engineer to deploy and support cloud-hosted and on-premise Emergency Call Handling solutions across the US. The role demands strong configuration, testing, and documentation skills, with extensive travel (75%).

You will collaborate with customers and partners, maintain cloud connections, and ensure deployments meet design specs and deadlines in a dynamic public-safety environment.

Qualifikationen

• College Degree in Engineering, IT, or Technology.
• 3+ years deployment or integration of complex IP products and systems.
• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Cert).
• Experience with cloud-based troubleshooting and identity management (SSO/AD).
• Experience with server virtualization and network equipment.
• US passport or eligibility for international travel.

Aufgaben

• Performs system configuration for ECH solutions including hybrid cloud and SaaS.
• Sites verification testing prior to production cutover.
• Configures connectivity between local infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Supports customers and channel partners during deployment.
• Documents changes including cloud tenant configurations and API integrations.
• Ensures timely resolution of installation/quality issues.
• Contributes to MOPs for cloud migrations and upgrades.
• Participates in pre-contract presentations and negotiations.
• Maintains expertise in emerging cloud-native public safety tech.
