Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced ECH Field Engineer to lead deployment of Emergency Call Handling solutions across customer sites and remote environments. You will configure on-site systems, validate cloud connectivity, and support post-cut operations, with extensive travel (50-75%+).

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in engineering/technical roles, strong IT skills, and cloud/AWS/Azure knowledge. US citizenship and security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Engineering, IT, or Technology.
• 5+ years in deployment or integration of complex IP products and systems.
• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test ECH solutions on-site and remotely.
• Verify site readiness and perform pre-cut testing.
• Troubleshoot connectivity between local and cloud environments.
• Document changes including cloud tenant configurations and API integrations.
• Support customers and partners during deployment and post-cut phases.
• Maintain SME knowledge of cloud-native public safety technologies.
