Motorola Solutions is seeking an Emergency Call Handling Field Engineer to lead on-site and cloud-based deployments across the US. You will configure, test, and cut ECH solutions, including hybrid cloud and SaaS components, and provide post-cut support.

You will work with customers and partners, documenting changes and ensuring smooth migrations. This role requires up to 75% travel and US citizenship for security clearance.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in engineering or technical environment.
• US citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Experience deploying/integrating complex IP products and systems.
• Cloud troubleshooting and connectivity skills.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers.
• Experience with virtualization platforms VMware ESXi and Hyper-V.
• Experience with SQL Server and server OS.
• Telephony knowledge of analog lines and PRI.
• SIP interfaces and SBC provisioning knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and troubleshoot ECH solutions on‑premise and cloud.
• Perform site verification testing prior to production cut.
• Document changes to cloud tenants and API integrations.
• Support customers and channel partners during deployment.
• Maintain SME skills in cloud-native public safety tech.
• Assist in MOP development for cloud migrations and upgrades.
• Participate in pre-contract presentations and negotiations.
