Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced ECH Field Engineer to implement and support Emergency Call Handling solutions for public safety customers. You will configure on-site and cloud-based components, perform testing, and assist with migrations and pre-contract activities.

The role requires strong engineering/IT background, 5+ years in similar environments, and travel up to 75% domestically or internationally. U.S. citizenship and security clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering or technical environment.
• Experience deploying/integrating complex IP products and systems.
• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) are a plus.
• Experience with network/telephony integration and SIP.
• Public safety applications deployment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and verify ECH solutions on-site and in cloud/Hybrid setups.
• Test site readiness and perform production cutovers.
• Troubleshoot connectivity between local and cloud environments.
• Provide deployment support to customers and channel partners.
• Document changes and integrations during deployment projects.
