Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced ECH Field Engineer to oversee on-site configuration, testing, cutover, and post-cut support for on-premise and cloud-hosted ECH solutions. This remote position serves candidates nationwide in the United States, with 75% travel domestically and internationally.

You will configure, test, and troubleshoot integrated ECH systems, coordinate with customers and partners, and document changes during deployment while advancing cloud-enabled public safety

Qualifications

• College Degree in Engineering, IT, or Technology.
• 5+ years of experience in the deployment or Integration of complex IP products and systems.
• Cloud Certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) are a plus.
• CompTIA Network+ AND Security+
• Experience with Cloud-based application troubleshooting, including connectivity and identity management (SSO/AD).
• Experience with Server/Workstation OS and virtualization technologies.

Responsabilités

• Performs system configuration for ECH solutions including hybrid cloud and SaaS-based apps.
• Site verification testing prior to production cutover.
• Configures connectivity between local and cloud environments.
• Supports customers and channel partners during deployment.
• Documents changes including cloud configurations and API integrations.
• Ensures timely resolution of installation/quality issues.
• Participates in development/approval of MOPs for migrations and upgrades.
• Participates in pre-contract presentations and negotiations.
• Maintains skills in emerging cloud-native public safety tech.
