Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Emergency Call Handling Field Engineer to lead on-site configuration, testing, and post-cut support for ECH solutions in a remote role across the US. The position involves significant travel and collaboration with customers and partners.

You will document changes, support cloud migrations, and engage in pre-contract activities, with a strong emphasis on cloud-native technologies and security clearances where required.

Qualifications

• College degree in engineering, IT, or technology.
• 5+ years of engineering/technical environment experience.
• US work authorization and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Performs system configuration for ECH solutions, including hybrid cloud and SaaS.
• Conducts site verification testing before production cutover.
• Configures connectivity between local infrastructure and cloud environments.
