Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a remote Emergency Call Handling Field Engineer to lead on-site and cloud-based deployments of ECH solutions across the US and internationally. You will configure systems, perform site verifications, and troubleshoot connectivity between local infrastructure and cloud environments.

You will collaborate with customers and channel partners, document changes, and support cloud migrations while maintaining SME skills in emerging cloud-native public safety tech.

Qualifications

• College degree in Engineering, IT, or Technology.
• 5+ years in deployment or integration of complex IP products and systems.
• Relevant cloud certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs system configuration for all supported ECH solutions, including hybrid cloud and SaaS.
• Performs site verification testing prior to production cut.
• Configures and troubleshoots connectivity between local and cloud environments.
• Provides support to customers and partners during deployment.
• Documents changes to cloud tenant configurations and API integrations.
• Ensures installation/quality issues are resolved timely.
• Participates in MOP development for cloud migrations and upgrades.
• Participates in pre-contract presentations and customer negotiations.
• Maintains expertise in cloud-native public safety technologies.
