Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Emergency Call Handling (ECH) Field Engineer to implement and support ECH solutions on-premise and in cloud environments. This remote role requires extensive travel across the US and internationally to deploy, test, and optimize configurations.

You will configure systems, verify site readiness, and collaborate with customers and partners to ensure successful deployments. Strong background in IP deployments and cloud technologies is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an engineering or technical environment.
• Experience in deployment or integration of complex IP products and systems.
• Ability to work remotely across US with travel 50-75%.

Responsibilities

• Performs system configuration for ECH solutions including hybrid cloud and SaaS-based applications.
• Performs site verification testing prior to production cutover.
• Configures and troubleshoots connectivity between local site infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Provides support to customers and channel partners during deployment.
• Documents changes including cloud tenant configurations and API integrations.
