Job summary

Karius is expanding its clinical sales team in Orlando and North Florida. The Clinical Sales Manager will drive revenue by engaging infectious disease physicians, lab directors, and hospital leaders, promoting the Karius test and related diagnostics across health systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience in Life Sciences/Biotech, Medical Device, Diagnostic Equipment, or Pharma.
• Proven ability to introduce new products to physicians and hospitals.
• Strong business acumen with strategic planning and market analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales revenue and test volume in Orlando/North Florida territory by acquiring new hospital accounts.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Success, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to reach goals.
• Develop thought leaders and early adopters for the new diagnostic approach.
• Build a world-class commercial organization through process and culture development.
• Manage hospital accounts and renewals, driving long-term partnerships.
• Present features/benefits to key stakeholders and close opportunities with consultative selling.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the Karius test and related diagnostics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather market feedback and drive product strategy.
