Job summary

Karius is seeking a Clinical Sales Manager to drive sales in Eastern North Carolina and Southern Virginia, focusing on infectious disease physicians, hospital directors, and clinical leaders. You will promote the Karius test and build strategic partnerships across hospital systems.

The role reports to the Regional Sales Director, travels up to 70%, and requires a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of Life Sciences sales experience; MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus.
• 5 years of sales/business development experience in Life Sciences / Biotech / Medical devices.
• Robust network of hospital & health system relationships across microbiology labs, lab directors, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales revenue and test volume in territory by establishing new business in hospitals and increasing volume in existing hospitals.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Success, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to achieve territory and company goals.
• Develop thought leaders and early adopters for new diagnostic approaches in infectious disease.
