Karius, a life science company driving infectious disease diagnostics, seeks a Clinical Sales Manager to lead sales in a defined US regional territory. You will engage infectious disease physicians, lab directors, and executives to drive adoption of the Karius test and related solutions.

Travel up to 70% is expected; you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand market presence and establish ROI with partner accounts while building a world-class commercial organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA plus.
• 5+ years of sales/business development in Life Sciences/biotech, medical device, diagnostics or pharma.
• Robust network in hospitals/health systems across microbiology labs, clinicians, and executives.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 70%.
• Proven track record launching transformational products to physicians and hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales revenue and test volume in territory by acquiring new hospital business.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Success, Medical Affairs and Marketing.
• Develop thought leaders and early adopters for new diagnostic approaches.
• Build and manage regional hospital & health system accounts.
• Present features/benefits to stakeholders and close deals; manage renewals.
