Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• URAC-recognized case management certification (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, COHN/COHN-S, RN-BC, ACM, CMAC).
• 2+ years of clinical practice; workers’ compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards.
• Advise on treatment plans using injury knowledge.
• Interview disabled persons to assess recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians to tailor treatment plans.
• Coordinate with employers to modify job duties for early return.
• Manage workload and prioritize cases.
• Attend appointments and prepare status updates for customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
