Job summary

Enlyte in Riverside, CA is seeking a Field Case Manager who will partner with treating physicians, employers, and patients to develop and implement recovery plans and facilitate safe, cost-effective return-to-work. This full-time, work-from-home role requires regular local travel for in-person appointments.

You will assess injuries, coordinate care, and advocate for appropriate services, while maintaining independent workload management and strong communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• RN license active and in good standing; URAC certifications CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN/COHN/COHN-S/RN-BC/ACM/CMAC.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards and practice.
• Advise on treatment plans using injury and job duties knowledge.
• Interview injured workers to assess recovery and occupational relevance.
• Collaborate with treating physicians to tailor treatment plans.
• Modify job duties with employers to facilitate early return to work.
• Evaluate and adjust case goals based on progress and effectiveness.
• Independently manage workload and prioritize cases.
• Attend appointments and prepare status updates for customers.
