Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager (RN) for a full-time, work-from-home role in the Houston area, with required local travel to attend in-person appointments. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

You will coordinate treatment plans with physicians, employers, and patients to achieve optimal recovery and return-to-work outcomes. The role offers comprehensive benefits, paid time off, home-office setup, travel reimbursement, and case-management training.

Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing
• Associates or Bachelor’s in Nursing
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred
• Workers’ compensation experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans to return injured workers to work
• Collaborate with physicians/providers and employers
• Assess recovery and determine occupational vs non-occupational factors
• Modify job duties with employers to facilitate early return to work
• Manage workload and prioritise cases independently
• Attend in-person appointments as needed and provide status updates
