Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct people management and/or demonstrated ability to lead others to achieve sales goals.
• Preferred experience in orthopedic joint replacement or similar surgical device sales.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Familiarity with hospital procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Joint Replacement Sales Representatives to meet revenue and market share targets.
• Analyze market trends and create territory sales plans.
• Build relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and clinical support to align priorities.
• Prepare and manage sales budgets, monitor expenditures, optimize pricing and discounts.
• Provide hands-on support in OR scenarios and customer issues.
• Use CRM data to generate forecasts, track progress, and drive improvements.
• Promote Stryker’s mission through ethical, customer-focused sales practices.
