Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative (Joint Replacement) to join our field-based sales team. You will learn and apply sales skills while supporting marketing and sales efforts by covering cases and evaluating products in surgical and office environments.

You will track territory progress, assist with business development, and communicate effectively with Sales Representatives. The role emphasizes coaching, teamwork, and delivering outstanding service to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required or equivalent.
• Preferred: medical related fields or B2B sales experience.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience.
• Sales or marketing internship experience.
• Collegiate extracurricular activities demonstrating discipline, teamwork and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist confident, competitive salespeople in promoting and selling Stryker products.
• Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room (OR) and office settings.
• Assist with business development, track territory progress and communicate with Sales Representatives.
• Solve product problems onsite and educate medical staff.
• Provide exceptional service to customers.
• Maintain sample inventory with strong time management.
• Build lasting client relationships with key stakeholders.
• On-call duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as determined by territory needs.
• Learn or hone selling skills through coaching/mentoring support from Joint Replacement Sales Representatives and Managers.
