Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or medical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of successful medical device or healthcare sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of direct people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Joint Replacement Sales Representatives to meet revenue and market share targets.
• Analyze market trends and create data-driven territory sales plans.
• Establish and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and clinical support teams to align on priorities.
• Prepare and manage sales budgets, monitor expenditures, and optimize pricing strategies and discounts.
• Provide hands-on support in operating room consultations and customer or account issues.
• Use sales data and CRM tools to generate forecasts, track progress, and implement performance improvement plans.
• Promote Stryker’s mission of improving healthcare through ethical, customer-focused sales practices.
