Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years in clinical healthcare/sales (or combo).
• Proven track record of meeting/sales goals.
• Experience with orthopedic joint replacement products.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts with service and partnerships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and closing opportunities.
• Communicate with stakeholders; respond to inquiries and resolve challenges.
• Conduct product evaluations in the OR and office; demonstrate value of products.
• Provide product knowledge and training to surgeons, nurses and OR staff.
• Manage sample inventory; adhere to AdvaMed compliance.
• Represent Stryker at industry events; on-call duties including evenings and weekends.
