• Analyze market trends and create data-driven territory sales plans.
• Establish relationships with surgeons, hospital staff and stakeholders to drive loyalty.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations and clinical teams.
• Prepare and manage sales budgets, monitor expenditures and pricing.
• Provide hands-on support in OR consultations and account issues.
• Use CRM data to forecast, track progress and drive performance plans.
• Promote ethical, customer-focused sales practices.
