Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or medical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
• Minimum 2 years of direct people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Joint Replacement Sales team to meet revenue and market share targets.
• Analyze market trends and create data-driven territory sales plans.
• Build relationships with surgeons and hospital staff to drive loyalty and account penetration.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and clinical support to set priorities and execute.
• Manage sales budgets and pricing strategies.
• Provide hands-on support in high-stakes scenarios including OR consultations and account issues.
• Use CRM to forecast and monitor performance and implement improvements.
