Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field-based Sales Representative to promote Orthopedic Joint Replacement products and grow revenue within assigned accounts. You will support surgical teams in the OR, conduct product evaluations, and deliver comprehensive product training to surgeons, nurses, and OR staff.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in healthcare/sales, a proven sales track record, and 3+ years of B2B experience. On-call duties and travel within the territory are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of clinical healthcare/sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, product demonstrations and sales control systems.
• Preferred: Medical device sales experience.
• Experience in a clinical work environment.
• Expertise with orthopedic joint replacement products.
• Minimum 3 years’ B2B sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts by delivering excellent service and building partnerships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
• Communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders and customers, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve challenges.
• Conduct product evaluations in the operating room and office settings, demonstrating the value of our products.
• Provide comprehensive Stryker product knowledge and training to surgeons, nurses and OR staff.
• Meticulously manage and maintain sample inventory and adhere to compliance (AdvaMed).
• Participate in and represent Stryker at industry events and conferences as required.
• On-call duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as determined by territory needs.
