Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; High School Diploma or GED accepted with experience.
• Active adjuster license where applicable and auto damage experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple claims efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess vehicle damage with on-site or virtual inspections at body shops or client locations.
• Prepare repair estimates using standard estimating software to restore vehicles.
• Negotiate costs and settlements with body shops and third parties to reach fair outcomes.
• Determine actual cash value and settle total losses using market data and tools.
• Provide clear explanations to customers and move claims toward resolution.
