Qualifications

• Proficient in claims management and estimating software; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess vehicle damage via on-site or virtual inspections at shops or customer locations.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates using standard estimating software.
• Evaluate and settle vehicle total losses using market data and valuation tools.
• Negotiate repair costs and settlements to reach timely resolutions.
• Explain the appraisal process and keep owners informed throughout the claim lifecycle.
