Job summary

This remote-friendly role offers travel up to 75% and bonus eligibility. A bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience (or a master’s with 0-2) in histology or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience or Master’s degree in a related field with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of Histology, Anatomic Pathology, Laboratory Automation, or related laboratory marketplace.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical applications issues, train customers, and support laboratory workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead instrument installations, evaluations, validations, workflow optimization activities, and customer onboarding to drive successful implementation and utilization of Leica Biosystems products.
• Provide expert applications support, troubleshooting, and training that improves customer competency, laboratory performance, and overall customer experience.
• Investigate and resolve technical applications issues in partnership with Technical Service, Product Management, Global Business Units, and other cross‑functional teams to deliver timely and effective customer solutions.
