Job summary

Leica Biosystems, part of Danaher, seeks a Field Applications Specialist to deliver expert IHC applications support, training, and workflow optimization. You will partner with Sales, Service, and customers to ensure successful adoption of Leica products while advancing commercial objectives.

This field-based role covers Southern California and travel within the territory. You will lead installations, evaluations, and onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and train customers to maximize instrument

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience or Master's with 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
Knowledge of Histology, Immunohistochemistry, Pathology or related lab marketplace.
HT/HTL certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide expert applications support to improve customer competency and workflow.
Lead instrument installations, evaluations, validations, and onboarding.
Troubleshoot technical applications issues and train customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely customer solutions.
Support continuous improvement by capturing field insights and enabling product enhancements.
