Roche is seeking a field-based specialist to provide exceptional support during implementation of Roche Tissue instrumentation and to train customers on our solutions. The role requires planning, coordination, and problem-solving across the customer life cycle.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience with laboratory IT products and diagnostics, plus strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and consent to work in a regulated environment.
• 3+ years of experience implementing and evaluating complex laboratory/IT products or diagnostic equipment.
• Strong communication and project-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary liaison through implementation and training; coordinate for deployment and user training.
• Provide on-site advisory support for Roche Tissue instrumentation and tailored customer training.
• Advise on customer issues and drive efficiencies and optimization for customer and Roche.
• Identify opportunities for new system consumables (reagents, antibodies, biomarkers, software).
• Work remotely with independent judgment; adapt procedures to meet complex requirements; maintain quality systems.
