Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of technical school or equivalent military training or work experience is required.
• 5 years of progressive experience repairing or servicing mechanical/system hardware and software, or networking/wireless networking.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years progressive experience acceptable.
• Successful completion of RD Services Leadership training and policy is mandatory.
• Ability to travel including overnight travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Travel and perform on-site repair, installation for Roche products.
• Provide service to laboratory customers in assigned territory.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.
• Document activities and contribute to quality improvement, ensuring customer satisfaction.
