Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a scientific/technical field.
• 3+ years of experience implementing and evaluating complex laboratory, IT products or diagnostics equipment.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison during implementation and training for histology solutions.
• Provide on-site advisory customer support and tailored training.
• Identify opportunities for new consumables and software; drive sales through value.
• Analyze customer needs and adapt Roche solutions to meet requirements.
• Maintain and improve quality systems and meet objectives.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
