Qualifications

• Experience in downstream processing or MSAT in biologics environments.
• Customer-facing roles with troubleshooting and training responsibilities.
• Ability to translate process requirements into product/workflow recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support customer evaluations and technical consultations for downstream systems.
• Design, coordinate and document evaluation plans and outcomes.
• Troubleshoot inquiries and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Provide technical insights to improve solution fit during opportunity development.
• Capture feedback and share recommendations for portfolio improvements.
• Assist training of other Field Application Specialists and Sales teams.
• Train customers on new technologies and participate in start-up activities.
• Support quality investigations and monthly territory reporting.
