Sartorius is seeking a Field Applications Specialist to support downstream processing technologies across the Northeast. You will translate customer requirements into product and workflow recommendations, conduct application trials, and provide training to customers on Chromatography and TFF systems.

This remote, customer-facing role requires 3+ years in MSAT or related fields, ability to travel 50%+, and strong collaboration with Sales, Quality, and Product Management to drive adoption and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years in application support or MSAT in downstream processing.
• Experience with biologics processes and chromatography/TFF systems is desirable.
• Strong collaboration across Sales, Quality and Product Management.

Responsabilités

• Translate process requirements into product and workflow recommendations.
• Design and coordinate application trials, validations, and training.
• Troubleshoot inquiries and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Provide technical insights to support opportunity development.
• Capture field feedback to inform portfolio improvements.
• Support training of other field specialists and sales staff.
• Participate in start-up activities and knowledge sharing.
• Provide monthly territory activity reports.
