Job summary

Sartorius in the United States is seeking a Field Applications Specialist for Chrom/TFF to support downstream processing solutions and enable customer success through hands-on demonstrations, trials, and trainings.

You will work remotely with customers across the Central Region & Canada, translate requirements into product recommendations, troubleshoot issues, and partner with Sales and Quality to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related field; master’s preferred.
• 3+ years in application/technical support in downstream processing or MSAT environments.
• Experience in biologics manufacturing; monoclonal antibodies knowledge; CGMP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Translate process requirements into product and workflow recommendations to accelerate adoption of downstream systems.
• Design, coordinate, and document evaluation plans, onboarding activities, and outcomes.
