Job summary

Sartorius North America is seeking a Field Applications Specialist (Chrom/TFF) to support downstream processing technologies across the Northeast. Remote role with heavy travel, collaborating with customers and internal teams to drive adoption and optimized workflows.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in field applications or MSAT with biologics experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to train customers and staff. Travel >50% and lifting up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

Experience in downstream process development or MSAT environments.
Ability to troubleshoot technical and application challenges in customer environments.
Hands-on capability to perform demonstrations, trials, and training with documentation.

Responsibilities

Translate process requirements into product and workflow recommendations for downstream systems.
Design, coordinate, and document customer-specific evaluation plans and outcomes.
Troubleshoot inquiries and coordinate corrective actions to protect customer productivity.
Provide technical insights and competitive positioning during opportunity development.
Share field observations and trial results to guide portfolio improvements.
Support training of other Field Application Specialists and Sales staff.
Lead customer start-up activities and participate in internal learning opportunities.
Contribute to quality investigations through process analysis.
